For a general complaint, email hello@lovehuddle.com with enough detail for us to understand the issue. Send safety concerns to safety@lovehuddle.com and privacy concerns to privacy@lovehuddle.com.

We review complaints fairly and may ask for more information. You can ask for a person to review a safety decision made by automated tools by contacting safety@lovehuddle.com.

If your complaint is about personal data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
