When we started building LoveHuddle, one thing was non negotiable:

Meaningful connection should not be locked behind expensive subscriptions or endless paywalls.

That's not a marketing slogan.

It's one of the main reasons LoveHuddle exists.

Too many platforms have turned connection into a business model where the most important features sit behind a payment screen.

Want better visibility?

Want access to features that genuinely help you meet people?

We believe there should be a better balance.

Connection Should Come First

At LoveHuddle, our goal is to make meeting people as accessible as possible.

We want people to be able to create a profile, discover compatible matches, express interest, connect, and chat without feeling pressured into expensive monthly subscriptions.

The foundation of the platform is built around helping people connect, not around convincing people to spend money.

That's the difference.

Being Honest About Costs

We also believe in transparency.

Building and operating a platform like LoveHuddle isn't free.

There are costs for servers, security, moderation, safety systems, support, ongoing development, maintenance, and future improvements.

Because of those costs, we cannot promise that LoveHuddle will never have a subscription option in the future.

What we can promise is this:

We will always do our best to keep the core experience accessible, affordable, and fair.

If a subscription ever becomes necessary to support the long term future of the platform, it would be designed to be affordable and reasonable.

We're not interested in charging excessive prices or creating expensive membership tiers that exclude people.

Optional Enhancements Instead of Expensive Memberships

Our current plan is to support LoveHuddle through a small number of optional enhancements.

These enhancements are not designed to stop people connecting.

They're designed to help fund the platform while giving users additional features if they want them.

We expect to offer around four or five optional enhancements, with estimated pricing currently ranging from approximately £3.40 to £7.30 per month.

Please note that these prices are still under review and may change before launch.

The idea is simple:

People who enjoy additional features help support the platform, allowing us to keep the core experience accessible for everyone.

What About Video Connections?

When two people connect on LoveHuddle, they'll be able to get to know each other through messaging.

However, video experiences require significantly more infrastructure, bandwidth, maintenance, and support than messaging alone.

For that reason, certain video features may carry a small fee.

We believe that's a fair approach.

You're not paying to meet someone.

You're not paying just to chat.

You're only contributing towards a feature that costs considerably more to provide.

Building Something Different

LoveHuddle isn't trying to become another platform that profits from loneliness or keeps people trapped behind endless upgrades.

We're trying to build something sustainable.

A platform where people can connect without constant pressure to spend money.

A platform where optional purchases support the service rather than restrict it.

Will we continue reviewing our pricing as LoveHuddle grows?

Of course.
